A leading IT company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, maintain IT infrastructure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Responsibilities
Install and configure computer systems.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide user support and system maintenance.
Maintain IT documentation and security standards.
Coordinate with vendors when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or IT.
2–5 years of IT support experience.
Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Networking, and Active Directory.
