Job Description
A leading organization is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure financial accuracy and support strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting and finance operations.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Develop annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor cash flow and company expenses.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Supervise accounting staff.
Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Support senior management with financial planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA) is preferred.
5–8 years of relevant experience.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, and ERP software.
Advanced MS Excel and analytical skills.
