A leading construction company is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, supervise workers, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction site operations.
Manage construction workers and subcontractors.
Monitor work progress and ensure project deadlines are met.
Inspect work quality and compliance with project specifications.
Enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and suppliers.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Resolve site issues and maintain productivity.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
3–5 years of construction site supervision experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards.
