Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve processes, manage teams, and ensure efficient delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational standards while achieving productivity and business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily operational activities.
Develop and improve operational processes and workflows.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations.
Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
Monitor KPIs, costs, quality, and service performance.
Prepare operational reports for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in operations management.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
Good knowledge of KPI monitoring and process improvement.
UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
