Structural Engineer
Job Description
A leading engineering consultancy is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to design, analyze, and review structural systems for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure all designs comply with international engineering standards and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Design and analyze reinforced concrete and steel structures.
Review structural drawings and calculations.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams.
Conduct structural inspections and site visits.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
Prepare structural reports and technical documentation.
Review contractor submittals and shop drawings.
Provide technical support throughout project execution.
Assist in value engineering and cost optimization.
Monitor project quality and timelines.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
4–7 years of structural engineering experience.
Proficiency in ETABS, STAAD Pro, SAFE, SAP2000, and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
GCC experience is preferred.
